Previous Updates
“April

Hearing Results: The matter was continued to May
29, 2007. At
that time we anticipate the Court will enter an order approving or
disapproving the Receiver's recommendations and directing a distribution.
If at that time we are able to prepare for a distribution, we will likely
have to wait a 45 day period to allow for appeals. With these details in
mind, we are hoping to be able to distribute approved funds by July 13, 2007. For further information regarding this matter, please refer to
the links: "Minute En 11" and the "Notice of Continued
Hearing.”
"The

Miles on July 27, 2006. The report contains the Receiver's
recommendh person’s Request for Compensation form that our office received.
For a copy of the Order mentioned above or a copy of the Report, you may
view the printable version on this website or mail a $5.00 money order to
our office at the address given on the Contacts page. Upon receiving the
money order, a copy of the requested document will be mailed to you. Money
orders should be made out to “Unite 1 Receivership.
If any
requestor disagrees with the recommendations made in this report, our
office must be sent a letter of objection from that person no later than March 16, 2007, as stated in section 5.5 of the Order mentioned above. The
